Singapore Home Massage is an online booking platform operated by Breakyourlimits LLC. We connect customers with independent professional massage therapists for sessions at homes, condominiums, hotels, Airbnbs, and serviced apartments across Singapore. This page explains the standards used for platform bookings and the boundaries customers should expect.
Professional service boundary
Every treatment arranged through the platform is professional, non-erotic wellness massage. Requests outside professional massage are declined. The independent therapist provides the treatment; Singapore Home Massage coordinates the booking, availability, and communication.
Therapist onboarding
- Candidates provide information about their massage training or professional experience, plus certificates or other proof of training.
- A test massage is required before a therapist joins active booking groups.
- The test assesses massage technique and pressure, professionalism, communication, and overall performance.
- The platform team may also check with the existing therapist community for relevant safety or professional concerns before activation.
Hygiene standards
- Therapists wash or sanitise their hands before every session and show or tell you they have done so.
- Oils and any materials the therapist brings are kept clean.
- Personal hygiene and a tidy professional appearance are expected on every visit.
Session space and equipment
Most home and hotel sessions use the customer's own bed or sofa in a suitable private space. Therapists normally bring massage oil and ordinary materials for the confirmed treatment.
Massage beds, chairs, floor mats, towels, coverings, waterproof sheeting, and special event equipment are not included by default. Any special setup must be requested and confirmed before the booking.
Professional conduct
- Therapists confirm the estimated arrival time with the customer before travelling and communicate if circumstances change.
- Customer information is used only as needed to coordinate and support the booking.
- Your privacy, personal comfort, stated pressure preference, and right to stop the session are respected.
- Therapists do not offer private deals or services outside the agreed professional treatment.
Customer comfort and privacy
- Tell us your preferences when booking, including pressure, focus areas, and any therapist preference for your comfort.
- You can pause or stop the session at any time, for any reason.
- Therapist photos are not supplied by default. A therapist may choose whether they are comfortable sharing their own photo.
- Harassment, sexual requests, abusive behaviour, or attempts to move a platform booking into a private arrangement may result in the request being declined or blocked.
Medical boundary
Massage therapists do not diagnose conditions, promise treatment outcomes, or tell customers that massage is safe for a medical condition. If you have an injury, medical condition, pregnancy concern, severe pain, or a post-surgery situation, seek advice from a medical professional and tell the booking team before confirming a session.
