Do I need to prepare anything?
Please provide a suitable session area and a suitable surface such as your bed or sofa. Massage beds, floor mats, towels, coverings, and special equipment are not included by default.
Are bookings open yet?
Not yet. Send a request through the website and we will message you on WhatsApp when Singapore bookings open. Requests made before launch get 20% off the first massage.
Is there a transportation fee?
Transport is included for most Singapore areas. If an exceptional location requires an additional charge, the booking team confirms it before you book.
Can two people book at the same address?
Yes. You can request two professional massage sessions at the same address. We will confirm whether two therapists are available at your preferred time.
Is this a professional wellness service?
Yes. Singapore Home Massage is a professional wellness platform. Every session follows clear professional boundaries and our therapist code of conduct. You can read more on our Professional Standards page.
What happens before and after a booking
Bookings are not open yet. After launch, these are the details to provide, the confirmation steps, and the professional boundaries for a home, condominium, or hotel massage.
How a booking is confirmed
After launch, the team will explain the massage and transport price and ask you to confirm. Once an available independent therapist is assigned, the therapist will contact you and confirm the estimated arrival time.
Space and session materials
Prepare a suitable session area and a suitable bed or sofa. The therapist normally brings massage oil and ordinary materials for the confirmed treatment.
- Not included by default: massage bed, massage chair, floor mat, towels, coverings, waterproof sheeting, special event equipment.
Professional and health boundaries
Every future session will follow clear professional wellness boundaries. Therapists do not diagnose conditions or promise medical outcomes. If you have an injury, medical condition, pregnancy concern, severe pain, or a post-surgery situation, seek advice from a medical professional and tell the team before confirming.
Payment after the session
After launch, payment will normally be made after the session directly to the independent therapist by cash or local bank transfer. An approved payment link may also be offered when needed.
