Novena is a central neighbourhood between Orchard and Toa Payoh, known for its condominiums along Thomson Road and Moulmein, its serviced apartments, and a large concentration of hospitals and medical centres. We plan to include it in the first launch areas. Bookings are not open yet.
We expect most requests from condo residents who want a session at home after work, healthcare staff who finish long shifts nearby, and family members staying in serviced apartments or hotels in the area.
Because Novena is a medical hub, it is worth being clear: sessions on this platform are professional wellness massage only. Therapists do not diagnose conditions, treat injuries, or provide post-surgical or medical massage. If you are recovering from treatment, pregnant, or in significant pain, speak to your doctor before booking and tell the team when you send your request.
Bookings are not open yet. After launch, a request in Novena will be confirmed only after an available independent therapist checks the exact address and time. The team will confirm the treatment price, whether transport is included for your address, and the complete total before you commit.
Choose a private space with a bed or sofa. The therapist normally brings massage oil and the ordinary materials for the confirmed treatment. Massage beds, floor mats, towels, coverings, and special equipment are not included by default.
